DIRECTION OF USE

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• New masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure completely.
• It is recommended to allow 28 days as the curing time for new masonry surface to get the best result.
• Ensure that the surface is free from any loose paint, dust, chalk, grease, fungus, moss, and algae.
• This can be done with the help of brushing wire/coir brush followed by water jetting.
• Make the region free from all minor cracks and defects using white Portland cement.
• Avoid application of putty or filling compounds while plastering exterior surface.
• Apply patches with the help of plastic/fibre trowel and move uniformly on the surface to get the desired texture pattern and uniform leveling.

PRE WETTING SURFACE:

• It is very essential that the application area is pre-wet properly before the application of ExtraPower Wall Texture.
• The surface should be moist during the application process.
• This ensures higher bonding, potency, easy to work with, and higher coverage within the surface.

NOTE

• Generally, the cause of efflorescence on the wall surface is due to brick masonry and the quality of bricks, sand, and water.
• If the effect of efflorescence is very high on the brick masonry, then utmost care should be taken in monitoring it.
• Efflorescence on the brick masonry allowed to exist will impair the bonding of the ExtraPower Wall Texture, as is with any other products.
